This appraiser does not leave a copy of an estimate/appraisal at my shop, refused to discuss the repairs, faxed over a copy of the appraisal the next day. Omitted the Tow Bill given. Altered the repair guide refinish times for insurance company profit. Listed on appraisal on a 2-day repair for rental bill profit. Wrote for a total of 26.7 hrs on the original appraisal. 2 days of rental does not justify. Possible supplemental time need. Did not pay to setup and measure vehicle did not pay for wheel alignment and road test for safety. We need to make this appraiser accountable for his actions.
