Russ Hildebrand took it upon himself to do an estimate audit of the hired independent appraiser. After doing the audit he felt that the appraiser that came out to do the inspection did not write the damage correctly. He then instructed the appraiser to rewrite the estimate to Russ's way. After 5 supplements to get this right, we were left in the negative. We had agreements with this hired independent for an agreed price. After numerous times and 3rd parties involved my customer is getting cheated by his own insurance company. All the repairs are completed and Mr. Mcnulty will have some additional out of pocket expense. This out of pocket expense was already agreed upon with the appraiser that reviewed the vehicle. Russ refused to come out and go over these vehicles repairs with us. So I am left no choice but to file a complaint against Russ.
