Progressive appraiser inspected insured's vehicle on Friday, December 2, 2005. Appraiser refused to blend right rear door or deck lid after replacing right rear quarter panel. Did not address other repair procedures necessary for correct repair to vehicle. Also- made up a sectioning procedure based on Progressive's policies rather than OEM guidlines. After arguing loudly and using offensive language, she left without completing estimate, discussing repair procedures, or leaving a copy of her appraisal.
