Complaint Comments:
Jeff West re-inspected loss vehicle on 12/20/05 for supplement, but refused to blend right rear door, which is adjacent to right rear quarter panel that was replaced. Blending is needed to ensure proper color match. He alleged that condition of car did not warrant blending procedure. Spoke with regional supervisor Tom Kirshner on 12/22/05 regarding same issue, but he also refused to pay for needed procedure, or to inspect vehicle himself to confirm my contention that procedure is necessary.
