This appraiser reviews the estimate provided from the independent appraiser that originally sees and writes the appraisal and gets an agreed price. Then Greg audits it and makes changes to reduce the sum of monies needed to restore this vehicle back to pre-loss condition. Shelby has been doing this for years but it seems no one is stopping them. This claim was reduced for around $50 dollars.
