PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE: State Farm Insurance Company Staff Appraiser Mr. Stewart Pague #137111 prepared a incomplete and noncompliant damage appraisal at our repair facility on Feb.17-06. We have attached a complete report for further review. Please investigate and request the insurance company comply with Pa. State Law and Regulations.
