PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE: This complaint is an attachment to PCTG Complaint #2108375871. Stewart Pague's Manager a Lisa Barkesdale, contacted our consumers by phone and advised our facility would not allow them to inspect the supplemental damages on their vehicle when in fact, it was State Farm's position to not inspect when given the opportuity during Pague's visit. We asked Pague several times to inspect the Miller's vehicle however, he declined advising he was ordered by his manager, Lisa Barkesdale to not inspect one without the other. This represents unprofessional behavior on Lisa Barkesdale part as a Manager for State Farm Insurance Company and reflects the entire behavior by this insurance company while handling claims at our facility. Please investigate immediately. Due to the behavior of Mr. Pague and Ms. Barkesdale we would appreciate the Department intervene and request re-appraisal by a different State License Appraiser, as per our consumer's rights within the Regulation.
