Complaint Comments:
Flick's Auto requested supplement for cracked transmission case, a State Farm Rep came to our shop and inspected the damages and paid for an L K Q transmission. Flick Bros not being versed in replacing transmissions subleted the repairs to a qualified mechanical repair shop. After transmission was replaced additional items were needed to complete the job I.E. towing to repairer,resetting codes, labor rates,suspension alignmentand deactivating theft codes. Mr Ken D Annibale told Flick Bros that, " they the Shop" should have noticed the cracked Transmission housing and feels that he is not responsible to pay for all necessary items to replace transmission, "That was already paid for by State Farm" .In The Motor Vechicle Physical Damage Appraiser Act section 62.3 it claerly states that the appraiser shall contain the following (1) Items necessary to return vechile to its condition prior to the damage in question
