Complaint Comments:
Mr. Leonard inspected the loss vehicle on 3-6-06. The left front fender is being replaced, and the left front door of the vehicle needs to be refinished for color match. There were unrelated dents at the rear of the left front door, and at the front of the left rear door. State Farm wrote an estimate to repair these dents, and subtracted the amount ($1,375.19) from the estimate. Mr. Leonard explained that he was following State Farm's company policy in doing this.
