Appraiser fails to compensate us to fix this vehicle back to pre-loss condition. Refuses to discuss the necessary repair procedures required. Came out on Nov 20th to appraise the supplemental damage on this vehicle stated to Robert Cicconi and me that he would have to do some investigating on this claim and would come back out on 11-21-03 to go over the damages. He came back out and handed me a finalized supplement for the vheicle. He never did what he agreed to do and that was go over the vehicle after his investigation was over to determine what damgaes he could or could not pay for. i explained to him that he missed a few items and they needed to be addressed. he stated to me that he needed to know what they were. i felt that if he is writing the appraisal he sould know what needs to be fixed or replaced. I tried to explain to him what needed to be done and he refused to discuss the amounts and the labor times. Brad Runge
