Appraiser always refuses to pay for needed repair operations to properly restore vehicles to pre-loss condition. The vehicle in for repairs is a 2004 Ford Taurus and is a claimant`s vehicle with only 16538 miles on it yet according to Mr.Lammy he is only allowed to pay for aftermarket and recondioned parts. He also continuously displays no concern for the quality and the claimant`s needs for a proper repair . His decisions are not his own as he openly admits that Nationwide tells him not to pay for the nessessary repairs. By his insistance on using these lower valued parts the vehicle owner will suffer a sub-standard repair and the vehicle will be diminished in value. If owner elects to pay the difference for OEM parts then Nationwide as usual is getting away with another sub-standard repair at the owners expense. How is Nationwide able to get away with a continuing disregard for third party claims?'
