Complaint Comments:
Mr Kehoe did not perform his duty as a state licenced appraisal to protect the consumer. The customer's vehicle substained damages from multible debri that fell on it and around, while legally parked during a storm. The customer and I went over the damaged areas,and marked them in bright pink marker, so it will be very visual for the appraiser to see what was their concerns. Mr Kehoe addressed on the appraisal what he felt was damaged from the storm. He left out necessary repairs, by stating that they were unrelated to the loss. Example the rear glass reveal molding still had tree branch markings inbeded into it,etc.... The damages that were addressed he intentionally underpaid them by altering the estimating system to pay for substandard repairs not exceptable to Industry Standards.
