Complaint Comments:
Pa. Department of Insurance: On August 14, 2009 Mr. Christopher Amoriello of Starsinic Appraisal Company signed in at our facility at 1:20PM to inspect a supplemental request for additional damages. Mr. Amoriello inspected said vehicle and took several photos of the requested supplemental repairs required. Mr. Amoriellio refused to write his appraisal at our facility. Mr. Amoriello refused to review his appraisal with the consumer's representative as per Pa. state guidelines. Mr. Amoriello signed out of our facility at 1:25PM without leaving copy of his appraisal. As of August 21, 2009 we have not received a copy of Starsinic's appraisal. This market conduct cannot be tolerated and we demand a full investigation as to the behavior of this independent appraiser and the company he works for.
