Complaint Comments:

After review we noticed a lot of omitted items on the appraisal. We contacted Nationwide and they stated that this would have to go to management review before they could make a decision on payment for these items. They were showed numerous times that the aftermarket bumper cover was not acceptable and they stated to me to get my reimbursement from Bodymaster. Why should I have to contact and negotiate with a vendor for something Nationwide promotes? I need some resolution on this claim.
