Shop has called Mr. Fox numerous times in reference to payment of claim abvoe. Mr. Fox will not return shop phone calls, nor will he return claimants phone calls. Shop had discussed above claim with a staff appraiser came to an agreed price. My understanding of a claim rep is to settle claims . or explain why the claim is not being paid. This customer is elderly and confused and is being mistreated by Mr.Cox and American Independent as well.
