Allstate's new management is instructing their staff appraisers to take a 5% -10% arbitrary discount on parts from the initial estimate. Also an aggressive amount of abritrary capping and omission on labor/refinishing procedures, paint, clear coat, primers & for other refinishing materials usage and cost, including not addressing the shops allied materials & supplies invoices, have now became a normal business conduct since Allstate adopted the new CCC Automated Estimated Guide recently! Please investigate our cmplaint and demand after the DOI reveiw for this business conduct stops.
