Complaint Comments:
State Farm's Select Service facility under evaluated the damages on Ms. Green's Highlander by 2/3 less than what the assigned State Farm staff appraiser did afterward with two supplemental request. State Farm's appraiser also under evaluated the required labor/refinishing procedure times for the needed repairs, altered/manually changed the Estimate Guide times, aggressively took overlap on repair/refinish times, arbitrary capped the paint materials usage & cost and avoided to address the shop invoices for the actual cost on paint materials and shop allied materials & supplies for this repairs. Please investigate this complaint for the policy holder and demand after the DOI reveiw that this unprofessional conduct stops.
