' State Farm assigned Kenny D'Annibale to come out and appraise a (front damaged) 2013 Ford Escape that the vehicle owner asked for us to have it towed to our shop after the accident. We did remove the damaged front bumper cover (cracked in pieces & hanging of the vehicle) to avoid further damages while the vehicle was driven daily in/out our shop stalls and also for us to evaluate the damages. When Kenny D'Annibale came to our facility he questioned us why we had started the repairs by removing the bumper cover, he than proceeded to estimate the damaged vehicle and left for us inside the vehicle's seat a copy of the estimated cost of repairs that he prepared with a one line item "ZERO DOLLAR ESTIMATE" in the amount of minus -$500.00 and left our facility. I asking the DOI to look into this matter and assist to stop this unprofessional conduct in the future. Thank you. Art Agatsiotis
