WE WOULD APPRECIATE IF THE INSURANCE COMISSION WOULD ACT ON THE CONTINUAL AND GROWING PROBLEMS THE INSURANCE CARRIERS AND THEIR SUPRESSING CLAIMS AS PER RENTAL OBLIGATIONS,AS ONE OF MANY. ITS IN OUR OPINION IN REFERANCE TO THIS CLAIM AND MANY OTHERS LIKE THIS, IS THAT, INSURANCE CARRIERS LIKE SAFECO INSURANCE ARE DENYING PAYMENT ON RENTAL COVERAGE THAT IS NEEDED TO PROPERLY REPAIR THE CONSUMERS VEHICLES IS ONLY THEIR WAY TO SURPRESS CLAIMS AND CAUSE HARMFUL RELATIONS BETWEEN OUR BUSINESS AND THE CONSUMER. THEIR DELAYS FOR LACK OF STAFFING AN TO PUT FINANCIAL BURDEN ON THE CONSUMER ON THIS CLAIM HAS CREATED A DISGRUNTAL CUSTOMER AND TARGETED PRESTIGE AUTO BODY AS THE CAUSE FOR THE DENIAL OF RENTAL COVERAGE OWED WHILE CAR WAS IN REPAIRS AND THEN STICKING THE CONSUMER WITH THE BALANCE OF THE RENTAL OWED AS PER HER INSURANCE POLICY. THEY STATED SHE EXSOLVED HER POLICY LIMITS AT 27DAY AND OWED A ADDITIONAL 3 DAYS. THEY CUT HER OFF AT THE LEGS PUTTING HER INTO FINANCIAL DURESS AND POINTED BLAME TOWARDS PRESTIGE AUTO BODY INC. MEANWHILE WE WAITED ADDITIONAL 3DAYS FOR DIRECTION OF PAYMENT. WHEN I TRIED TO DISCUSS THIS SHARON PARKER OF SAFECO IN A PROFFESSIONAL MATTER,SHE DIDNT WANT TO HEAR IT AND REFUSE TO EXPLAIN THEIR DELAYS AND DIDNT CARE WHAT OR HOW LONG IT IS NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE REPAIRS, SHE ONLY RESPONDED THAT BASED ON THEIR OPINION IT SHOULD BE DONE AT THE TIME THEY ALLOTED AND NOT THE POLICY AGREEMENTS. PLEASE STOP THE INTENTIONAL DISRUPTION BETWEEN INDEPENDANT SHOPS AND CONSUMERS THAT INSURANCE CARRIERS ARE CAUSING. ITS NOT FAIR TO FREE ENTERPISE AND NOT TO THE CONSUMER. THANK YOU
