SECOND COMPLAINT >>>> THIS THE SECOND COMPLAINT FILED AGAINST THE SAME APPRAISER ON THE SAME DAY. PHYSICAL DAMAGE APPRAISER DAVID MAJOR ADVISED OUR CONSUMER MR. BRIAN MOHAN TO HAVE HIS DAMAGED VEHICLE MOVED TO GRAND SPORT AUTO BODY TO HAVE THE REPAIRS PERFORMED ON HIS 2002 HYUNDAI SANTA FE SPORT UTILITY VEHICLE. MAJOR ADVISED MR. MOHAN HE COULD NOT ARRIVE AT AN AGREED PRICE WITH CRAWFORD'S AUTO CENTER WHEN IN FACT, HE NEVER MADE AN ATTEMPT TO REVIEW THE WRITTEN APPRAISAL WITH THE CONSUMER'S REPRESENTATIVE. MAJOR ADVISED MR. MOHAN A DISPUTE BETWEEN CRAWFORD'S AND MAJOR BEGAN OVER NON-AGREEMENT OF REPAIRS NECESSARY HOWEVER, MAJORS NEVER GAVE CRAWFORD'S A CHANCE TO REVIEW THE APPRAISAL. MAJOR BECAME IRRITATED WITH CRAWFORD'S WHEN CRAWFORD'S REQUESTED TO SEE THE APPRAISER'S STATE LICENSE. MAJOR DID NOT HAVE A CURRENT STATE LICENSE AVAILABLE WHICH IS A VIOLATION OF THE COMMONWEALTH'S MOTOR VEHICLE PHYSICAL DAMAGE APPRAISER ACT. ROYAL INSURANCE ADJUSTER MS.BARBARA ROBINSON ALSO CONTACTED OUR CONSUMER AND MANIPULATED HIM INTO THINKING CRAWFORD'S WAS ASKING FOR ADDITIONAL COST TO REPAIR HIS VEHICLE AND THE VEHICLE SHOULD BE MOVED TO GRAND SPORT A/B WHEN IN FACT CRAWFORD'S DID NOT ENTER INTO A DISCUSSION WITH THE APPRASIER OR ADJUSTER REGARDING ANY COMPENSATION NEEDED TO REPAIR THE DAMAGED VEHICLE. MS. ROBINSON IN CONCERT WITH APPRAISER MAJOR MANIPULATED OUR CONSUMER INTO THINKING HE HAD TO MOVE HIS CAR TO AVOID ADDITION CHARGES. THE ABOVE VIOLATIONS MUST BE INVESTIGATED AND OUR CONSUMERS BRIAN MOHAN AND CARA ROBBINS BE INTERVIWED AS TO WHAT TOOK PLACE REGARDING THIS CLAIM ON NOVEMBER 15, 2002. I HAVE SENT ALONG SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO HELP WITH THIS INVESTIGATION . THANK YOU STEPHEN BEHRNDT. ''
