MISS KEN CAME TO REINSPECT VEHICLE AND WAS TOLD BY SHOP THAT FEATHERING AND BLOCKING PRIMER IS A NECESSARY OPERATION TO REPAIR VEHICLE TO PRE LOSS CONDITION, SHOP PRESENTED THE ESTIMATING DATA BASE IN A PRINT OUT THAT IS USED BY STATE FARM, INDICATING THAT BLOCKING IS NECASSSARY AND IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN ANY OTHER OPERATION.AND IS NECESSARY. DANNIBLE REFUSED TO PAY SHOP FOR THIS OPERATION. AND WOULD NOT DISCUSS IT WITH THE SHOPS REPRESENTIVES. THE VEHICLE OWNER IS BEING UNDERPAID ON WHAT IS DUE TO PUT THE VEHICLE BACK TO PRE LOSS CONDITION. SHE NOW HAS TO CONTACT HER OWN INSURANCE CARRIER TO FOR PROPER COMPENSATION. I ANXIOUSLY AWAIT YOUR BOILER PLATE RESPONSE ON HOW THIS IS NOT A VIOLATION ! PLEASE CALL ME AND OR OWNER , FOR CLARIFICATION ON THIS COMPLAINT. T FLICK
