Complaint Comments:
I'm perplexed of the logic of preparing a collision damage report based on a picture. Because of the design and complexity of today's vehicles everyone in the automotive industry agrees that a damage report estimate cannot be accurately done without disassembling a vehicle. Most concerning is the safety aspect. When a vehicle is looked at by a competent individual in person decisions can be made as to drivability that can't be done through a picture. If in fact the agenda is more than safety and quality of reimbursing the consumer for what's owed, the thought of allowing estimates through pictures is somewhat absurd. Please stop this proposal before someone is hurt or there's a fatality. Ron Perretta
