Complaint Comments:

I was told by State Farm "you will have to pay more if you go to the shop of your choice", "If you go to our network shop we will warranty the repairs for as long as you own the car", your shop "they won't agree with our appraiser or they will charge you more", "if you go to our shop we can pay them directly and it will be faster". State Farm steered us to their network shop who after explaining how my repairs were going to be done we decided to go to our shop. State Farm did not pay the full amount that was needed to put back to pre-accident condition.
