Complaint Comments:
State Farm said my body shop Professionals Auto Body will not let State Farm on their property or return phone calls. They said they also wont agree with their appraiser and charge me more. They said they have had a hard time with my shop PAB and their not able to work with PAB. They said PAB is not on their preferred list.They said If I go to a non-preferred shop my repairs will take longer. All were lies to get me to not use PAB. This caused me to have to turn the claim in to my own company that took care of my damages.
