Complaint Comments:
A person should not have to go through hassles to get a vehicle repaired. The insurance should be required to pay for all damage related to the accident and not pay what they think it should be. They don't do repairs, that's what my shop does and knows what it should charge. The insurance should cover necessary repairs that are needed.
