MR. Pasquarello left his 2014 Ford van for repair's , While doing repair it was evident the Van needed a new door.... not a skin. Shop contacted Mr. Kleckner, And the shop was told by him to continue with repairs and he would pay for a new door. After numerous times contacting Mr. Kleckner he has yet to contact shop or pay additional monies due.
