State Farm said if you go to the shop of your choice you will have to pay, we can't give you a rental if you use your shop, we have had a hard time with that shop, we can't work with that shop, they are not on our preferred list and did not pay for all the damage caused by State Farms insured. They would not inspect the vehicle at my body shop, they would tow the vehicle from my shop to some place and tow it back, the cost of the towing should have been put towards what was not paid to fix the vehicle, when questioned their representative got an attitude.
