Complaint Comments:
Since Mr. Sfrisi vehicle has reported to State Farm they have cause serious delays on handling the repair process. His vehicle had suffered serious suspension damage and the safety of his vehicle has been at risk. We requested a so-called "supplement" for the suspension to be view at our alignment shop. State Farm did not respond in a timely manner to address the damages. When they did arrive, we were informed by the alignment shop that their appraiser refused to authorize the needed replacement parts as they required and it would fail alignment and he stated that State Farm needed a print out of the failed alignment causing more delays and putting Mr. Sfrisi into out-of-pocket expenses for rental fees since his coverage expired. We faxed to State Farm the PROOF of the failed alignment and we offered to them a way to expedite the needed repairs with invoices and parts to "PROVE" the repairs were done and to relieve Mr. Sfrisi of the out-of-pocket expenses. The same procedures that their "network shops" perform. With all our offered efforts and consideration for Mr. Sfrisi, State Farm denied everything we offered and stated that they need to have an Appraiser to be assigned to view the damages again, causing another 3-5 business days of delays. They said that because we are not in there so-called "network shops" that this is why there are the delays, this kind of wording implies that there is favoritism and interference with our business and the consumer and no consideration for the consumers right of choice where to have their vehicle repaired also the financial burden they suffer because of State Farms company procedures against Non-Contracted Independent Repair Shops. Please address this matter and why there bias agenda to cause harm on consumers and Non-Contracted repair shops?
