See affidavit. Angela Hayes insisted that a customer must go to a drive in place to have an All State appraiser loo at his vehicle. This customer wanted to and did leave his vehicle with PAB so we could help in the evaluation of his damage. It should be the right of the consumer to have their vehicle looked at where ever in't convenient for them not the appraiser or insurance company.
