Dave Murphy arrived at Cavallo Auto Body to inspect additional damages found after disassembly on 8/26/2015. After being shown the damages he said he would not write everything necessary for the repairs until after the repairs were completed. He did say he would put the suspension cross member on the estimate but that was it. All the other required operations would not be paid for until they were completed. The appraiser went to his car and never returned. He left the shop without going over his supplemental paperwork and has not called or given any reason why.'This appraiser has clearly shown total disregard for the license he holds with the State of Pennsylvania.'''''
