Complaint Comments:
The insured's vehicle was estimated using photos. This has caused numerous delays having to bring the van in and out of production line . The claim rep does not return calls or email promptly. The Insurer makes shop take photos of additional damages. email them with supplement attached( who pays for this ) Then want to deny operations to repair vehicle. Or scrub supplement to their liking. Had we had a physical damage inspection , This van would have been completed in a timely manner. Putting insured into his own work vehicle and eliminating costly rental costs.
