Complaint Comments:
Underpaying the claim so as to cause delays without a reasonable basis for the denial. Not given a reasonable explanation and basis when denying the claims damages. Unjustified contention or lowballing my damages. Not conforming with OEM standards. The amount of my damages were not paid in full leaving me a balance at my body shop and having to pay for some of my repairs. Bad faith as I see it! They tried steering me away from the shop of my choice even after telling them who I was using for repairs. They continued to press me to go to their contracted shops not once but six times. They towed my vehicle from my shop to look at all the damage they missed, they did this several time only to delay my repairs. See affidavit
