Would not accept my 2nd supplement for necessary repairs to vehicle. Very rude right from the beginning of the whole process. Worst adjuster I have ever dealt with and stubborn on coming to an agreement on basic times for necessary procedures on the repair. His Supervisor John Hyland also denied my supplement and he had never seen the vehicle, how does he know whats involved in the repair?
