Complaint Comments:
DOI Just one more of the many of violations by Allstate on a consumers vehicle. Enforcement of present laws and due diligence by DOI would eliminate this type of under payment and inaccurate appraisals of damaged vehicles. It is obvious there was no physical inspection of this vehicle. Resulting in unnecessary wasted time, rental costs , and Inconvenience for the insured.
