Complaint Comments:

Mr. Taylor was involved in an accident on 05/27/16 with a State Farm insured. During the early stage of the estimating State Farm did not assume liability. Mr. Taylor was advised to go through his carrier until State Farm made a decision. Since then State Farm have assumed liability and the customer would prefer to make the claim with State Farm. Unfortunately after numerous phone calls with State farm they said that Geico already wrote the estimate and that they would reimburse Geico. The repairs have not started at this time and for a number of reasons the customer would like to make a claim with Farm directly but State Farm refuses to write an estimate or even come to the shop to inspect.
