Complaint Comments:

lkq part was ordered from the vendor progressive chose on the original estimate, the part came in at a different price and invoices were provided at time of supplement inspection. Donna refused to change the price based on the invoice at time of supplement, after Donna left I called and confirmed it was the only good mirror they had in stock and then called to set up the rear glass replacement and was told that would be a higher price as well. A second supplement was called in and Donna called me and told me she is not changing either price and is not coming out to resolve these issues and would have her supervisor call me, this was on 11-15 and i have still not received a call from the supervisor and all attempts i have made to reach out have been ignored. These actions are causing delays in the repair if not resolved will be an underpayment on the claim.
