Complaint Comments:
Traci is failing to prepare an appraisal to restore Donald keenans car to its pre loss condition and telling him he will have to pay for the difference to bring his vehicle to pre loss condition. Traci has prepared an appraisal to repair the rear cover in an area that has blind spot monitoring sensors, bmw states per repair instruction 66 32 020 "no paint or substrate repair may be carried out on the bumper cover within 10cm of an HC2 sensor; impaired functioning can otherwise occur". In writing for this repair Mr. keenan's blind spot monitoring system will no longer function properly therefore his car is not being repaired to its pre loss condition.
