Mr. Bogert was emailed a copy of our first initial supplement on 3/23/2017. He disagreed with many of our procedures,and again, as all of these adjusters claim, said "I'm not paying for that". Along with our supplement we handed Mr. Bogert our appraiser packet. This packet includes some of the PA Laws regarding vehicle damage appraisal and repair, product manufacturer guidelines, photos of inferior repairs, and copies of estimating software Procedure Pages. He didnt bother to read it. According to the law he was in direct violation of Chapter 62 Motor Vehicle Damage Appraisers code in more ways then one. We perform every procedure necessary to restore the consumers vehicle to a true "pre-damaged condition" repair. We do not perform inferior repairs by skipping steps or by not billing for the procedures to meet Mr. Bogerts standards. He showed no evidence to substantiate his reasoning for denial of our billed procedures. He is not the trained repair professional. He is an adjuster whom is to idemnify the consumer for a proper repair. We are the professionals when it comes to repairing the vehicle. Mr. Bogert is incompetent on what a proper repair entails. We tried to educate him but like the rest of them, he knew it all and chose not to hear us out. We request Mr. Bogert be disciplined for his pure ignorance and incompetency in the field.
