Mr. Blake was emailed our supplement on 5/1/2017. He called me immediately complaining about some of the procedures we were billing for and attempted to demand that I repair the vehicle his way. I got into a bit of an argument with Mr. Blake because he was trying to take advantage of an uneducated consumer who knew nothing about how a vehicle was to be repaired. Mr. Blake hung up the phone on me. He emailed me later apologizing and claiming he could not pay for some of the items on my list. I explained to him that all of these procedures were absolutely necessary to repair the vehicle to its "pre-damaged condition". We educated Mr. Rodriguez on how we would go about repairing his vehicle to a "pre-damaged condition" and also being undetectable to the trained eye. That is why he chose us over the competition. Mr. Blake paid for some of the items on our supplement but he is still coming up short on some procedures, and parts. The argument of "your the only one billing for this stuff" is irrelevant and proves that "the other shops" are either not billing for this stuff or flat out not performing proper repairs. We do not perform inferior repairs to meet the standards of the insurance company. Our sole purpose is to protect the consumer by performing top quality, safe, and proper repairs to the best of our ability.
