On 6/21/17 2:42 I requested a supplement for Ms. Santana's vehicle. We got a confirmation email that they got our request. We did not hear anything from State Farm so we emailed them again on 6/29/17 3:02 and again got a confirmation email. We did not get a phone call so we emailed them again on 6/30/17 7:32 AM. Keep in mind this is there supplement procedure. Bottom line is Ms. Santana had to pay for rental during this lapse in response time. As a result Ms.Santana ran out of rental and should be reimbursed her out of pocket expense. This delay tactic has been going on since Alan's filed a complaint for them not scanning and calibrating per OEM position statements.
