Complaint Comments:
AJ Shea viewed the damages and completed the Progressive "estimate" of Mrs. Murtha's Toyota Sienna. He locked and completed the "estimate" without discussing the damages with us prior so. He went into a explanation that he refused replace the bumpers on her vehicle that was reported and he felt the damage was prior and he wasn't going to pay for the loss properly because he felt the vehicle bumpers were "taped up" to prevent from falling off, was good enough for him to justify that they do not need to be replaced. Even though the damages and reason why bumpers were "taped up" were from the loss. So with that, in his opinion he stated that it isn't related. He inaccurately accessed the damages, his times are underpayment and refusal to acknowledge damages of loss reported and proper repair procedures are proof he does not inspire public confidence and or fair honorable dealings. It is my opinion that the dealing with the AJ Shea, the supervisor Nate Weis, is that they do not approach appraisals of damaged property without prejudice and have intent to cause financial harm to the consumer because the vehicle is in a shop of their choice and they cannot manipulate the repair facility. The lack of knowledge and non-independent appraisals of their staff appraisers are immensely growing and the state requirements of where these appraisers are obtaining their minimum requirements should be properly vetted. Please look into AJ Shea conduct and his supervisor Nate Weiss..
