As you can clearly see on the appraisers estimate, the customer was steered to a competitive shop of PAB where the insurance appraiser was to look at the vehicle. The customer was not given a full description of what was being paid by this company. If they would have it wouldn't of been accurate being the estimate was incomplete the reason of the short pay on the claim. The customer was not paid in full for all their damages.
