Complaint Comments:
Customer Jessica Wilson, called shop Friday morning at 8:30 am and was involved in an auto accident on I-76 West at 26th and Passyunk ave. Her car was disabled due to front end damages and a leaking radiator. Shop had their tow truck immediately at the scene and had car and customer safely towed back to shop by 9:30 am Friday 12/15/17. Customer stopped by shop Monday afternoon 12/18/17 with Allstate Claim number and stated that Allstate told her that no one would be able to see her car for 5 to 7 working days due to the holidays but would tow her car out of Artistic Auto Body to to one of their program shops for free to have estimated and repaired. Allstate also stated that their shops offered a "lifetime" guarantee while Artistic only offered a 1 year guarantee for repairs. The repair shops that were mentioned were Caliber Collision, Service King, Collex and Springfield Ford. This is a blatant example of steering and offering free towing to persuade my customer to go to an Allstate DRP shop as Ms.Wilson and other family members have been satisfied, repeat customers of Artistic Auto Body for many years for regular automotive repairs as well as collision repairs.
