Complaint Comments:

Mr. Trichon was involved in a collision and his vehicle is non drive able. He dropped his vehicle off on 5/29/2018 and he provided us with a claim # for the loss. Mr. Trichon told Encompass Insurance where the vehicle was located. No one from Encompass had contacted the shop and we finally called to find out why no one had been sent out to inspect the damage. We placed the phone call to Encompass on 6/4/2018 and we were told by Debbie Ream that they were waiting for us to send them an appraisal. Since when does the shop work for the insurance company? Mr. Trichon is extremely upset that as of today no one from Encompass has looked at his vehicle. We spoke to Ms. Ream and she was extremely ignorant and rude on the phone. When we advised her of the Appraiser's act stating it must be inspected within 6 business days she got even more belligerent. So as I am writing this complaint no one from Encompass has been out to settle the claim. The vehicle has now been at our facility for 9 days and counting.
