Complaint Comments:
On 6-20 Ryan Jackson was out to re inspect the damages to Mr. Fishers 2019 Volvo XC60, the supplement was to properly replace the A-pillar that he had wrote to section on the Original appraisal. When he came out to inspect the vehicle he was presented with the OEM panel replacement procedure and told me that he does not care what that paper says he is not writing it to repair that way, I asked him why he would write it against OEM procedures and he said he just did not care because he is sure shops would do it as he wrote. In the appraisers act it states that safety is paramount and to completely disregard an OEM procedure is anything but thinking of future safety and performance of the vehicle, OEM procedures are out there for a reason and to ignore them has no place in this business anymore.
