Complaint Comments:
I submitted a final supplement to State Farm that included an invoice from Vetech to re-initialize rear parking sensors and clear codes at the end of a repair. Derek Patterson from State Farm cut time from a procedure and refused to pay for the re-initialization and final code clearing, despite my sending him clear photos, Vetech invoice and screen shot of the Vetech computer showing codes thrown. The Vetech invoice clearly explained the procedures involved.
