Complaint Comments:
We handled 3 claims last year for Mr. Gad. 2 Insurance carriers that are competent and kept the consumers best interest in mind idemnified him fully for the proper repairs. We immediately warned him on this 3rd claim with Nationwide. There has been a dispute on the repairs at hand between the chosen repair facility, 610 MOTORS LLC, and the Insurance Company, Nationwide. Nationwide has attempted to short pay the claimant for the repairs associated with properly returning the vehicle to its pre-loss condition. We have made several attempts via email to reach an agreed amount. We have kept a well documented repair file via a cloud system that all parties have been able to access. The repairs we have billed for are absolutely "reasonable" and "necessary" in properly restoring Mr. Torres vehicle to a true pre-loss condition. Mr. Boye makes specific references to being under the influence of his employer "NW" which clearly puts him in violation of the appraisers act by not making his own independent appraisal without the influence of others. We will attach email correspondences. Please respond and act appropriately.
