Mark Vesci is refusing to list a vendor that he knowingly will not sell to us, we made calls to the vendor they have listed for an OPT OEM headlamp and they told us they will call us back with availability and never do. In the past we have never been able to purchase from this vendor and they hang up on us. it was explained to Mark that he needs to list an available part for me to purchase per the appraisers act but he is refusing to choose a different vendor, per past conversations with Ralph Saletto this is in direct violation. here is email correspondence on this same situation with another company between myself and your office showing Mark is in violation. From: Saletto, Ralph Sent: Tuesday, August 20, 2019 9:55 AM To: CCW Ambler Subject: RE: [External] file 19-130-239014 Send a copy of the correspondence to the company and let them know the situation and see what transpires, if they still give you an issue then file a new complaint and make sure I get a copy of the correspondence and I will forward it to the company and we will see. Let them know what it says in the appraisers act about listing the place to purchase the part from and what good is it if they will not deliver to you. If they still stick to their guns and try to make it your fault for these companies not doing business with you then you may have to take them to court.
