Jonathan Sowash is refusing to change aftermarket parts off an estimate after they were ordered and deemed to be not the same quality as OEM parts that were on the car prior to the loss. His company asked us to send photos of the parts to support the supplement and we did, he is now stating i must order the parts again and make sure they are quality when they arrive. I asked him if the photos are not satisfactory he can come and inspect the parts and we can go over the differences in quality, but he is refusing and demanding that I order the parts again. We attempted to utilize the cost effective parts they listed on the estimate and they do not meet the standards of the Subaru parts, I am not refusing to order any aftermarket parts we ordered the parts they are not the same quality and now we need to move forward with repairs and parts that meet the standards the claimants car had before their property was damaged.
