On behalf of this Pennsylvania vehicle owner we are forwarding this complaint with their consent! On 9162020, Corin Chapman's 2019 Honda CR-V EX arrived at our facility with damage to the front left of her vehicle including the front wheels. This damage was caused when a FedEx truck had struck her legally parked car. Ms. Chapman filed a claim with ARCFed-Ex who then hired a PDA appraisers to come to our facility on 916 to appraise her vehicle. On 918 Ms. Chapman was put into a rental car at the request of ARC/FedEx. Repairs were started on Ms. Chapman vehicle on 921 after liability was verbally accepted when Ms. Chapman corresponded Linda Stamper of ARC/FedEx. GA Collision reached out to ARC/FedEx on 9/30,10/9,14,23,26 for confirmation of payment only to be told that payment was in the mail. All repairs were stopped to Ms. Chapman CR-V on 103 and ARC/FedEx was put on notice that a commencement fee per day will be applied until payment was received. PDA hesitated to finish a supplemental request until we received payment from ARC/FedEx. Linda Stamper from ARC/FedEx made contact with our shop on 1026 after the vehicle owner got involved, we had to explain to Linda why PDA hesitated to complete the supplemental request and when we mentioned, the where about of the awaited check, she stated that's not her job to search for it, when we informed that ARC/FedEx is responsible for our customary accruing daily shop charges she just rudely hanged up the phone! As of 1027 no payment has been received. Due to ARC/FedEx delays,denials and deceit Ms. Chapman has been forced to activate her own insurance policy in order to settle this claim. She's in a rental for 39 days and counting, not know if this claim will be paid by ARC/FedEx! Please contact us or Ms Corin Chapman for any additional information concerning this complaint!
